Has the television show “House, M.D.” had any influence on how real-life diagnosticians do their jobs?

I’ve often heard it said that fictional television shows that depict a profession (such as “CSI” or “24″) have the effect of influencing how real people in that profession do their jobs. I was wondering if “House” had the same effect on how real-life diagnosticians diagnose patients and administer cures. Are they more manipulative and distrustful when dealing with patients? Or are the cases in “House” so unlikely to occur in real life that most diagnosticians are unaffected by the show?
